Collaboration
Collaborate with Jayelliott
Producers, artists, and creatives — if you're interested in working together, I’d love to hear what you’ve got in mind. Whether it’s a co-produced track, a full project, or licensing one of my beats, collaboration is what drives innovation in music.

Acidtimelord@gmail.comProducer Collaboration Terms
To keep things smooth and professional, here are the standard terms I work under when collaborating with other producers:
- Co-Ownership: All collaborative productions are considered 50/50 unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Royalties: Streaming royalties, sync fees, and performance royalties will be split equally between collaborators.
- Credits: All producers involved must be credited on releases, metadata, and artwork where applicable.
- Publishing: Each party retains publishing rights to their contributions. Joint publishing splits should be registered with your PRO (e.g., PRS, BMI, ASCAP).
- Sample Clearance: All collaborators are responsible for disclosing any samples used. Unlicensed samples must be cleared before release.
- Exclusive Use: Beats or compositions created in collaboration are exclusive to the collaborators and may not be sold or leased to third parties without mutual agreement.
- Communication: All agreements or major decisions (e.g., release plans, licensing deals) should be communicated and confirmed by all parties.
For any custom terms or unique situations, let's talk. Every collaboration is different, and flexibility is key.
